A naturally leavened sourdough country boule with a blistered crust and an open, tangy crumb. Long ferment, baked hot, wrapped so the crust stays lively until you tear it.

A soft, milky loaf - a firm favourite in the Warner household. Millie can eat her body weight in milk bread. Soft, pale and gone in a sitting if Millie gets there first. Rides along on your delivery day.

Millie's favourite to make and eat. Thick cookies with a dent in the middle, each one holding a giant milk chocolate button and a pinch of sea salt. The Warner household eats them by the dozen. Packed in a box, ready for the tin.

A tray of six slow-proved, sticky cinnamon rolls. Add them to any delivery day when you want something sweet. A tray of six, best eaten warm - a few minutes in a low oven brings the glaze back to life.
